Blauer rain gear

The first person Bubba saw running toward him was a police officer dressed in a Blauer 26950-1 Reflective Rain Jacket. The officer wasn't difficult to spot, even in the dark with rain pouring down. Bubba was stuck, you see. His old pickup truck was bobbing in three feet of water that the Chickory Crick had spilled out over its banks. Luckily Bubba had his mobile phone and dialed 911 when his truck went afloat.

The police officer's rain jacket flashed its highly reflective Scotchlite trim as he and other officers set up portable spotlights to keep Bubba in view. He noticed that all the emergency workers arriving on the scene wore the same type of jacket. He watched as some were pulling up their hoods and zipping and buttoning their jackets up against the drenching rain. Bubba wondered that if he ever got out of this mess, if someone would be kind enough to lend him a jacket. He liked the way all those guys seemed to move so easily in them
